Trap them. Get a live trap and some 2x6's. Place the lumber edge side up with the widest part closest to the entry/exit hole. The other ends of the boards should funnel down to the trap entrance. As the dillo comes out to feed, he will follow the lumber and walk right into the trap. No bait needed unless you want to spice it up with some worms or grubs.
