| How do I know when spaghetti squash is ready to harvest? I have one that is huge, but is still the pale green color. There are no other fruit on the vine, and I am wondering if the presence of this large fruit is inhibiting the fruit from setting. |

Harvest spaghetti squash when the fruit changes color from ivory white to golden yellow. Has this happened yet? Mine have not ever gotten real big but they did change color. I use this vegetable just like angel hair pasta with a great marinara sauce, plenty of my home grown organic garlic, and a generous helping of parm/romano grated cheese. You are in for a real treat.
