Does anyone know of a "mixer" I can add to the nolo bran flakes to facilitate spreading. Small areas are no problem but I would like to use a walk behind whirly spreader. The bran seems too light and fluffy to spread properly.

I've never tried a walk-behind spreader, but if it will spread the bran easily, I would go to the feed store and buy a BIG bag of just plain bran and mix it in to increase your amount of bait. You could probably spread the Nolo effective ingredient more evenly that way. I have a hand-held spreader, and I may just try it some time next week to see how it works. Really hadn't thought of that. Something else you could try is adding some seed of something you want broadcast in a large area (maybe some grass seed or some kind of green manure crop seed) and add the Nolo bait to that mix. That has a possibility of working more the way you are asking about. ???
