| My red oak purchased from North Haven Gardens at 4" in 1999 has never done well under my organic treatments and sick tree treatment. Items I have just read here make me think it is really a pin oak due to yellow color of leaves. How can I tell? Can an arborist certify for me that it is a pin oak so I can go back to North Haven to get it corrected? Where do I find an organic arborist? |
