I have some great okra plants growing and producing great. The problem is stinkbug infestation and another I am not sure what it is . Alot of my okra pods are bent over (curled) and some have a lot of bumps on them. I suppose these are okay to eat right ? How often can I foliar feed with compost tea and is it best to spray with orange oil seperately.

The only problem I usually have with pest in the okra is with ants, ants, and more ants. If stinkbugs are a problem, I usually just pick them off and step on them. As for the ants, they are pesty and seem to deform some of the okra pods, but I usually get a good amount of nice ones anyway. I was told by an old organic gardener that ants hate bloodmeal, so I may try some this year and see if it helps any, but my okra plants are still pretty small and not very close to producing yet.
