Try and get a copy of Howard Garrett's Texas Bug Book. There's a photo of what I'm talking about on page 83, top/middle.
Otherwise, watch the movement of the "rag mops." They're more mobile than scale and they'll pause to munch on aphids.
Also, next time please do a "reply" in your original message posting rather than posting a new message topic. Using the post reply option allows all the messages on a specific topic to be viewed at once. (I had to keep swapping back and forth between this topic and your original topic to keep up with what we were discussing.) |
