| I have a nasty weed that grows like a vine in my back yard and it is driving me crazy! It has horrible thorns on the vine and grows into my trees and plants and chokes them. What is this and how do I get rid of it? The thorns actually sting you if you touch them. Help me please!! |

| It is possibly green briar, but it normally does not become overly invasive. Whatever it is the first step in controling it is to cut it at the base. If you continue to do this each time it grows back you will eventually win. Depending on how large the underground tuber is will determine how long it will put up a fight. The quickest solution would be to dig out the underground portion of the vine. Good luck. |
