can a texas ash be planted from a cutting, if so, how?

Never tried this one in particular, but I'd say it's worth a shot. Just use the usual methods- cut only green new wood, strip all but the top few leaves, plant it deeply in a potting medium (some like rooting hormone put on the cut area, personally I've found saliva works best and I think Howard has commented on that as well) and keep it well moist and not too terribly much sunlight.
