We need a solution for strawberry vine that has invaded a flower bed. We pull and pull every few months but have not been able to eradicate. Any suggestions?

False strawberry is very invasive, the only control is physically removing it. Placing newspaper down and mulching 3-6 inches on top of the paper should smother the stawberry and reduce its growth. This process will need to be repeted everytime the vine appears.
