| I am looking for a bois d arc tree to plant in my back 40. I know what the tree looks like but is it considered a "trash tree"? I havent seen any at the nursries. Does the "apple" contain seeds I could possibly plant? Does anyone know where I could get a sappling? |

I know of several locations where this type of tree is located, and I could get you some of the apples. I am in the Cleburne, Texas area, and if you are very far away there is probably a place closer. However, if you want some of these, I am happy to help. I can harvest this fall for you. :)

there are a handful on W. Vickery near i-20 (aka Winscott) that are dropping fruit on the curbs right now!
Just drive right down the road and you can't miss them!
