I have a beautiful new crop of Asian Jasmine that is doing very well. It was planted June 2002. I think that it will need to be mowed next year. Is there a particular time of the year that it should not be mowed and is there a particular time of the year that would be best for the mowing. Thanks!!!

Wayne-
I see landscape contractors mowing it at various times but I would not doit unless it it unsightly to you or it begins to grow too tall. The best time is late winter. Make sure you keep this away from your shrubs and especially trees. Eventually it will begin to girdle a tree by collecting moisture and organic matter. You can do this task at any time of the year.
