Does anyone know if Medina Soil Activator and Garrett are are the same thing? If not, do they produce the same results if applied to soil?

They definitely are not the same thing. Medina Soil Activator is a magnesium product for the soil. Garrett juice is a seaweed and molasses product to be used as a foliar spray. If they gave the same results under the same circumstances, it would be a coincidence.

If you have a salt imbalance, you MIGHT need MSA. Only a soil test would tell for sure.

Garrett juice is just a good thing to spray on foliage any time for any reason.
