I've been a long-time listener to the Garrett program on WBAP. Don't know why it took me so long to find this forum, but I'm here now. :)

I've been gardening organically for about 16 years. I live in Southwest Fort Worth, where the clay is heavy and the limestone isn't that far below the topsoil. I've managed to amend my little piece of Texas into something approaching soil, though. We've even installed a small pond - getting through that limestone was quite a job.

I'm glad to know there's somewhere to come to ask questions of folks who share my interests. And I'd be happy to share any knowledge or experience that I have with you.

Thanks for being here.
