Can spiraea be purchased at this time of the year? If so, where can they be located in the North Dallas area? Rhode's? North Haven?

Wayne-
Most landscape plants are container grown and available all year long. Inventory is another issue. Nurseries will begin to pull down their inventories this time of the year so they don't have to over winter plants. Just start calling.
