:? :? :? :? :? :? :? :?
Help please. I have a HUGE clay pot on the deck in my backyard near the pool with several beautiful plants growing in it, (which I cannot identify) and a matured cactus. Red ants have decided to move in and make a big home for themselves. This prevents me from weeding and trimming these gorgeous blooms. What can I use on the ants without harming the plants?
Thanks for any ideas or suggestions. |

| The best thing I have used is dia. earth. Put some around and under the pot. Also sprinkle some on the soil. The ants don't like it and will leave. There are sprays and drenches you can use to kill them, but DE tends to keep them away. Re-apply as needed due to watering & rain washing the DE away. |
