| Yes, it can be used on any type of grass. It is an excellent fertilizer as well as pre-emergent weed control. With the powdered meal version, spread generally at 15-20 lbs. per thousand square feet. You should have excellent results as most of the other forum participants will probably attest. If you use a granulated version follow the application ratios on the bag as some are different. In any form I have encountered it is beneficial. The only problem you might possibly encounter is if you use it in too heavy an application; it is so high in protein that it can sometimes cause a fungus problem. |
