Hello-I have my lawn cut by a local service, this year they scalped the Bermuda and over-seeded with Fescue. This was on Oct 3rd, its the 13th now and the Fescue is barely coming up, mostly is wet(er) and shady areas. I've kept watering lightly every few days. How much longer until I see Fescue growing all over? What is the normal germination time, its only been about 9 days. Thank you.

Fescue is quite a bit slower to germinate than rye.
