Ok, so I started going to organic products because i didn't want my daughter or parrot getting sick from fumes and residues and Arsenic makes a lousy Martini....

Now, i gots a problem.

I still have a 2 quart jug of generic Roundup, a bottle of MSMA and a bottle of Diazanon in the garage and now I have to figure out how to dispose of them. Given a decent lab I think I could probably mix them, hide them outside Baghdad in an artillery shell and provide the smoking gun our guys are looking for. Anyone got a less travel intensive solution???

Don't want to toss it down the drain - one way or another it is going to leach out somewhere but at least i'd like to slow it down....

Any thoughts? I'm blaming Enzyme and Nadine for pushing me the rest of the way over the organic fence so I expect you both to reply since my current guilt and shame is all your fault.... dumb/happy was far more palatable.

Maybe dig a big hole, fill it with cat litter and pour/cover to at least bind it up and minimize the effects of it? Package it up and Fedex it back to the manufacturers with some fresh chicken manure and a 'I went organic' lovenote?

Oh... and before you get any ideas - the chemis are going but the SUV stays - are we clear? I'll plant more trees but i won't give up the 20 cubic feet of cargo space - I gotta haul leaves and manure for compost so leave me alone you pests (note tongue implanted in cheek)

We have a hazardous waste recycling place in San Antonio where I took that stuff when my mother in law moved. That's the ideal thing to do, but not all communities have that set up.
