Ok, I'm new to the "organic way" so please be patient with me. I've got 2 cats (indoor) and noticed this morning that one of them, probably both, have fleas. My local pet store carries the product "Adams D-Limonene Flea & Tick Shampoo for Dogs, Cats, Puppies & Kittens". The ingredients include: Pyrethrins . . . 0.15%, *Piperonyl butoxide, technical . . . 1.50%, N-Octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide . . .0.50%, **INERT INGREDIENTS . . . 97.85% (* Equivalent to 1.20% of butylcarbityl (6-propylpiperonyl) ether and .30% of related compounds. ** Inert ingredients include a concentrated, rich lathering shampoo enriched with coconut extract and lanolin.)

Now my question is this: with these ingredients, is this product safe for my cats? Or, should I just boil water with orange peels?

Please help.

Thanks

Dan

That product is totally unacceptable in an organic program.

I appreciate the quick reply. I just didn't want to use something that was going to be harmful.

Now it's off to the store to buy some oranges. :)

Thanks
