| I bought some donut peaches this year at the grocery store and thought they were super. My question is where do you get the trees? Will they grow in the Dallas area? Is this really there name? I would love to plant them this spring. |

Peaches of any sort are not native to Texas but several varieties do well here. I have about 10 peach trees and only one made it thru the late frosts we got in McKinney to produce peaches this year. I doubt the donut peaches will grow here but the best place to call is Womack nursery in De Leon, TX. 254-893-6497. They sell and ship 28 varieties of peach trees but I don't see anything resembling a donut shape. The catalog is free.
