Jagulana/Where to find it???????

I'm looking for an herb or plant called Jagulana.
It's a chinese herb that can be used to make a tea.
It is supposed to help in aiding muscular endurance.
I would like to try to grow it either in pots inside my home or maybe as ground cover in my flowerbeds.
