Hello everyone,
My Name is Rodney Lindsey and I live in Allen Texas with my Beautiful wife Donna and our three kids Candice (14), Clay (12) and Cody (3) and our two dogs Princess (Black Lab 15 months old) and Baby (Dachsund 15 months old). Me and my wife Love working in the yard. My passion is gardening. I have never really had any help, just played it by ear. I came across this wonderfull web site and could not be happier. I love the Organic approach, but never actually knew where to go for information. I planted my garden last year and kept not only my family fed with vegetables, but also kept the neighbors stocked with vegetables also. My favorite are Tomato's and Peppers. Love to make homemade Hot Sauce. Thanks for everyones input. I look forward to asking many, many questions to make myself knowledgeable and to make my garden the best in the neighborhood. |

Welcome-
There is a jackpot of information in the minds of the forum members. Don't forget, you have learned a lot already and new members or those without your experience can benefit from your input and participation.
The search feature can help you access information already discussed but don't be bashful about asking.

Also you should listen to the Dirt Doctor on Saturday from 11 - 12 and Sunday from 8 - 12, on WBAP 820 AM radio. You will learn so much from his programs. Please look at his web site, Dirtdoctor.com, for the receipes
for the BOP, Basic Organic Program. The web site has a wealth of information. If you can not find the answer, please post a question and some one will have the answer.
PS: Welcome to the Organic Forum. |

Ya'll sound like our kind of folks! :D Welcome to the green planet side of humans in the north Texas area. We hope you find us friendly.
Thought you'd like to know there's a nice little gardening club right there in your community. I spoke to them least year and they are a welcoming group; not completely organic but definitely interested and leaning that way. If you have trouble finding them, send a private message to me and I'll send you the name of a member I know.
