| I had cilantro in a certain spot in my garden last year and in January I had new plants from the seeds. It survived the "cold" weather we had and is doing fantastic. I transplanted some to other areas with no problems at all. This seems to be a very easy herb to grow and transplant. Some of my plants are starting to go to seed now. I love cilantro. I have even dried it and put up in jars. It works great dried.I use it in salads and it is just as good as the fresh. |

| The cilantro in my herb garden sprouted last Fall and is now flowering, so even in a pot, it's going to flower and die off fairly soon. It's a cool-loving plant. Go ahead and plant now, but also try growing some from seed over Fall and Winter. |
