It is 8 oz. water, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. orange oil.
It seems that some orange oils (different brands) float on top of the mixture since they don't have any emulsifiers in them. Maybe someone can provide a solution for this problem. Liquid soap would work but I don't know if it would mess the mixture up.
