How do we clear out the long stringy plants growing from the pond bottom? and the algae? Just need to clear small areas in shallow water without harming fish. Tried raking - it comes back.....someone mentioned "cornmeal"? Thanks

You might try grass carp. They don't hurt the other fishes and they are good eating.
