We have grass fed mini Hereford steer going to big locker plant in the sky. We will keep 1/2 and sell the other 1/2 - about 240 lbs dressed (I have no idea why it called dressed because they have nothing on)
No chemicals, no grain Only hay and grass, about 2 years old going to slaughter house (federal inspection) next month, aging for 2 plus weeks
