I planted three plants a few weeks go and they appear quite healthy, have grown quickly and one has 2 fruits. I prepared the beds with Living earth professional soil, compost, manure and hardwood mulch. I have not overwatered but I think I may have too much nitrogen because I am not seeing many blossoms.
Is there anything that might help offset this?

You could try adding some bone meal and coffee grounds if you really concerned that your soil is out of balance.
