I have a Seibel 9110 Grape vine in my backyard which I planted around 20 years ago. This year for the first time it has many bunches hanging. Maybe because I cut it back a year ago and additionally took out a 40 year old fruitless mulberry which was shading it. Should I cut it back each year to promote production? Anyway, does anyone know when the grapes typically ripen and are they white in color?

If they're like most grapesvines I would say yes to the pruning. I know in Napa and in Italy all graevines are cut back drastically every winter.
