Greetings and happy 4th!
what is the procedure for eliminating small stumps. They were trees that were cut down because of being so close to the home and rubbing against the shingles. The stumps continue to grow and I cut them down.
Would like to get rid of them for good! The same trees are growing at the edge of our deck!!!!! We have four of them.
