| This is my first try at growing spaghett squash. The vines are growing like gang busters! Can I trim them?? This may seem like a silly question, but like I said, it's my first try:) |

Because of the structure of the vine, I would think that trimming them would open them up very readily to disease and pests.
Also, unchecked growth in vining squash is the best indicator of a good harvest. I would let them take all the room they need. 8) |

Is it OK if I "re-direct" the vines? Growing over and through my potatoes doesn't really bother me, but into the tomatoes and beans might.
Thanks! |
