TKO on plants

I understand you are the authority on the use of TKO on garden plants...how can I control the dark spots on my roses with TKO? Rust? :?:

Do you recommend any other product that will do a better job than TKO?

Howard doesn't answer many questions directly on this forum. Others who follow HG's methods do.

Don't use TKO on your plants unless you like them crispy.
