The "critters" from my backyard want to say "Hi!" and thank Howard and all others for encouraging this member to go organic. I've been reading the discussion groups for awhile, but just recently "officially" joined. My "critters" are frogs, big and small lizards, an occaional possum, birds, squirrels, and worms. They now have a safe place to live in Bedford, Texas. (outside Fort Worth)

Welcome! I was just talking with my husband the other day about how many frogs and worms we've been seeing on our place -- you can't walk without tripping over some small critter or another, and a shovel full of dirt comes up with all kinds of things. Four years ago, when we first started, we had a hard time finding any! :)
