moisture problem

We have had a water leak under our pier and beam house. There was a large "lake" that has gone down, but the ground is still very damp and there is a musty smell coming up into the house. We are currently using fans to speed up the venting, and it is helping some. I am looking for a way to remove the moisture from the crawl space/house. There are several retail products to do this, but I need them on such a large scale. Does anyone know of a material/product that would help? Something we could get in bulk and put in a bucket? Thanks. :|
