potting mixes /fertilizer for organic site!!

Hello All,
I have found this site on organic practices that discuss all subjects that seem to keep it simple!!!!!

Don't know that I would call it simple but it does have some interesting information. I'll read it all thoroughly but two problems jumped out at first glance. They say that cedar can retard plant growth - that's bs and all their potting soil recommendations contain peat moss. Coir, cedar flakes and other renewable sources need to become more widely used.
