| We have an 8 ft. cedar tree on east corner of the front of our house that faces south that is turning brown on the entire back side all the way to the trunk. We have lived here 2 years and it has been slowly turning brown at the back of the tree. We started the organic method about a year ago. We are not really familiar with cedars so we are not sure what to do. Please advise. Thanks. |

| Cedar elms are pretty tough native plants. Rather than brown they should be yellow right now. They can stand more water than many other native plants but constant moisture will damage their roots. They can take the rain but not poor drainage. Apply the Sick Tree Treatment and check out the more detailed information on this plant in the Library on the web site. |
