I need some equipment to maintain a soccer field (2 acres). We need a tractor and some way of spreading compost tea. I really like the idea of trying to brew a 40 gallon batch of compost tea in a 55 gallon drum using the pattern of David Hall and Bruce Deule. However, we need to get it on the field! We probably only have a couple of thousand dollars for the mower and spreader. Is that possible? Any recommendations?

If we are going to use this monthly for awhile, renting does not make sense. There has to be a relatively low cost way of getting tea on 2 acres.

| You could use a riding lawn mower and purchase a spray rig at Tractor Supply. They have a rig which will pull nicely behind a riding lawn mower with an electric pump. |

| That sounds interesting--there is a Tractor Supply about 25 min away. How much do they cost. |
