Hello.
Im seeing spots in the yard that are not taking off as well as the rest. It looks like the ground (SOIL) is dry and might have some dallis grass and other root looking grass in these spots.

Things I have done:
Corn Gluten Meal
Dryed Molasses
Bio-inoculate
lava sand
compost
agrispon

I pull weeds about every two days or so and pulling less and less everyday. Water once a week about 20-25 minutes per section

What else can I do to help these "dry sandy" spots in the soil for bermuda to grow.

The only addition I would add to what you have already done would be to use a manure based fertilizer such as greensense or bioform fertilizer at 30 lbs per 1000 sq ft in the troubled areas. If I was doing the application I would inject compost tea and yucca into the dry spots to get a quick response. The only thing left to do is water. :D

Weak areas mean fungus to me. I put a handful of corn meal on the weak spots every time before I water to control the fungus.

Is the yard sod? If so. When was it put down? Try topdressing with compost, mushroom compost, ect.

Yes, it is sod that was put down in nov (before we moved in).
I have put seed down and mushroom compost.
I mowed a lil lower today and put some more CGM down as well. So, I guess we will see.

As you can see there are 0 weeds in the yard. It just seems that the bermuda is running over top of each other producing what looks like runners.

Any other Ideas?
