I have read that tomato leaves should not be wet very often and not at all on beefsteak tomatoes. I don't have beefstead tomatoes, but I used garlic pepper tea spray on the leaves. Should I not use that on tomato leaves if they don't like being wet?

I have been growing beefsteak tomatoes for three years and spray compost tea weekly or sometimes twice a week with no problems. I know that tomatoes don't like wet feet (roots). When I water the garden, I only water the tomatoes when the soil is dry down about one inch.

Thanks a bunch. I won't worry about it, then, and will keep using it.
