Features of Paspalum Sea Isle grass?

We're considering new grass for our yard in San Angelo, TX (western edge of the Edwards Plateau). We have thick clay soil but have been treating organically since we moved here two years ago. We have a current mix of Bermuda, St. Augustine, Fescue, and weeds. The front yard faces south and gets a fair amount of sun. We have three medium size oaks in the front so the shade travels across the lawn during the day. The back is pretty shady under an existing Bradford Pear. However, that tree is old and sick and not long for this world. We've planted a Chinese Pistachio nearby that will, over time, provide some shade - although not as dense a shade - once the Bradford Pear is removed in a few years. A contractor was suggesting Paspalum Sea Isle as a great new grass. From what I can tell on internet searches it is drought tolerant and handles salty conditions (we have fairly brackish water here), but I don't want a grass as intrusive and aggressive as Bermuda. Does anyone have any experience with this grass?
