Here is a good site for finding plants that do well in the DFW area:

The Colombines do well, and if you have any sun, the Blue Mist Flower is great, and attracts lots of butterflies. |

| Three of my favorites are turk's cap, turk's cap and turk's cap. I also like Texas columbine, pigeon berry. |
