Is there a preference between Empire, El Toro or Jamur Zoysia? I have nearly a full sun (at least 6 hours direct) situation. Is one easier to keep out of un wanted areas? I live in the DFW area. Will have in ground irrigation and don't mind lawn work. Will one these repel or at least tolerate bermuda?

| I don't know the differences but they should all choke out bermuda if you water prpperly and mow high. Tall grass should shade out bermuda in full sun. |
