Howard mentioned a "Vanilla Lotion" for mosquito protection on his radio program a while back but I can't remember who he said makes it. Anyone know?

Make your own.
Vanilla Mosquito Repellant
8 oz. water, 2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp orange oil. Spray on liberally.
I went to the home page of DD.com and looked this up in the library under V. Check it out.

Thanks much for the vanilla spray recipe. I've used that and it does work very well. The vanilla lotion just sounded interesting and would be very easy to put on and since I posted I did find out about it. It is made by Watkins and can be bought online through their site. www.watkinsonline.com

It isn't called a mosquito repellent by Watkins. It is simply a vanilla lotion sold in their personal care items that happens to work as a repellent. Or at least I'm told it works. I have oredered some but have not received it yet so can't tell you first hand if it works.
