May 11- Cutting edge biodynamic winery, Joseph Phelps Vineyards; is making a rare visit to Texas to educate locals in the eco-friendly farming program that has made this vineyard one of the leaders in biodynamics and sustainable agriculture. To celebrate this unique vineyard, Mercy Wine Bar will host a limited seating dinner to compliment the wines of Joseph Phelps. Guests at this unique dinner will have a chance to learn about this revolutionary practice from one of the world’s foremost experts on the topic. This tantalizing four course wine dinner will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 11. Cost is $120 per person including tax and gratuity.
