I have cayenne peppers blooming and growing. Some are green, some have turned red, one red one has really shrivelled up. When should I pick?
Same question for bell peppers... |

| When they are red, but before they start shrivelling. |

| What about bell peppers? I'm growing black beauty variety, I've heard when the color is consistent all the way? |

| 've only grown regular green bell peppers, so I don't know about the black varieties. Consistent color sounds like a good rule of thumb to me. |
