Does anyone know of a provider in the Dallas area?

Do you mean a school that provides organic lunches to its students?
Or do you mean a school that provides a choice of organic vs. traditionally raised foods? Or do you mean a food supplier that provides foods to schools for such a program? Ask more and I'll provide what I can in the way of information.

Good questions.
I'm looking for a provider who will bring in lunch choices to a school. We don't have prep facilities so they would have to be ready made--cold or hot.
Thanks

Okay now we need quantity, frequency, etc.
Sounds like what you want is more a food service company.
Depending on quantity, there could be a company that will fill the bill.

Hmmmm, don't have quantity yet as there is a provider currently & the lunches are ordered as needed. The quality is just not good at all but is the best they could get & I'm not sure how much feedback gets to the parental units or what the quantity could be in view of better choices. There are 320 students from 7th to 12th & I'm guessing at this point maybe 50-75 lunches? The potential is ????? At this point I'm looking for a contact[s] to explore a new approach to submit to the school.
Thanks, Rick
