The event of the year is almost here. The 2006 Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Conference (TOFGA) will be held at the Inn of the Hills Conference Center in Kerrville, TX. The dates are January 25-27 with an additional New Farmers Workshop held on Saturday the 28th.
Mary Ann and I will be there volunteering in various ways but mostly setting up and running the bookstore. We will have 4 authors signing their books including Malcolm Beck, and George DeVault who wrote " How to Make $15,000 Farming One Acre". Howard's books will also be on sale with all purchases being tax deductible.

The three-day conference is only $210 and that includes 7 organic meals with food provided by local growers.
