Several years ago, my friend gave me a lovely birdfeeder for Christmas from Wild Birds Unlimited. I have used it, well the birds have, everyday since. The plastic cylinder has become brittle and has broken in a few places and I took it back to Wild Birds to see about a replacement...they do not sell replacement parts and couldn't even offer any suggestions on where to find another one.

I don't have the diminsions with me but can get them later. Any ideas?

The feeders I have bought from WBU have been guaranteed for life. I've replaced parts of my hummingbird feeders many times. Have they stopped this policy?

Well they certainly didn't mention anything about a guarentee. He basically said they had no replacement parts and even suggested I buy some PVC to use instead.

The WBU feeders are guarenteed for life. You should try anothere store. I know that one in Arlington will replace the feeder if there are no replacement parts available.
