I finally joined you guys & gals. Should have done this sooner. A brief bio, Retired US Army 27 yrs and State of Texas 10 yrs, been organic 15 plus yrs, still lacking sufficient knowledge, at age 18 jumped of a tractor, at age 57 now own one, started a customer tractor mowing service Apr '05, been busy but not busy enough, current customer base interested in organic fertilizer program, questions arose about being required to have an applicators license but can not get a direct answer from TxDeptAgri, County Agent, or A & M license boards. This seems a shame that if you are only going to apply organic soil amendments (not organic pesticides) you would have to go through all of this. Look for lots of questions from me in the future. If you have info that can get me through this dilemma, please advise. Would appreciate knowing someone who is doing the same thing.

Welcome! Great to have you join us!

Regarding your concerns, you might wish to speak with Michael Bosco. You can send him a private message. He's moderator of the "Weeds" forum under the name "Soils Alive" which is his company. Tell him Nadine said "hi!"

Cheers!
