Which of these need to be covered for expected freeze? Onions with tops 6" to 8" tall/ cabbage and squash plants-6" tall/radishes and lettuce-under 2" tall. Thanks for your help!

Cabbage and lettuce should be fine. I grow those all winter. Onions shouldn't be much affected if at all. Radish tops might freeze but a light row cover should do it since we're not expecting something really hard - just at 32 or so. Squash should be the same.

I'd give them a misting of seaweed for a folar feed to help. I swear by it.
