Anyone take Diatomaceous Earth internally? If so can you take the natures guide? How do you take it?
I have heard Howard say he takes some each day. Maybe he can respond. |

| For anyone interested in maybe taking some. Earthworks.com has some really good information on it. It provides the health benefits too. |
